Shipped: - Multi-tenant content pages system end-to-end — per-tenant paths, renderMode-aware shells (help center / article / blog), SEO fields, banner images, and tenant-correct routing. Migrated the existing docs surface onto the same pipeline. - Built a Help Center & Docs platform from scratch — Obsidian-style MDX editor with live preview, cmd+K MiniSearch modal, admin tree CRUD with archive/restore, S3-backed image/GIF/video uploads, publish/draft flow with cache-tagged revalidation, dynamic /llms.txt, and a one-shot migration of 51 legacy Docusaurus docs to MDX. - Led a platform-wide UX refactor. Owned the redesign of the in-house automation system, Forms feature (bulk creation with 11 templates, success page, GTM form_submit event), and the Puck-based web editor (naming consistency, settings overhaul, watermark system, default product page templates). Reworked the admin panel with new-user onboarding flows. - Designed onboarding flows for new users — specialized first-run paths through the editor, automation builder, and forms so first-time creators don't bounce off complexity.
